For the rhythm of your working life
48 hours on / 96 off
This six-day cycle contains one continuous 48-hour duty and 96 hours off. The two work positions belong to one duty, not two independent shifts.
We’re building your personal shift calendar. Create a schedule and inspect its preview. Save named schedules in this browser. Local saving is not cloud backup. Generate a PDF or back up and restore schedules with JSON files. Phone save/reopen qualification is still pending.
Create my scheduleMake this calendar your own
Choose a known work date and its position in the cycle. Confirm your work timezone and each start and end time. Review daylight-saving choices and overlapping duties before timed output.
A template is a starting point, not your employer’s roster or a compliance assessment. Your confirmed hours determine the timed schedule. Save in this browser, keep a JSON backup, and generate a free watermarked PDF. Calendar sync and paid exports are not available.
Browsing patterns keeps your current planner unchanged. Choose a template in the planner to apply it.

Saved schedules
This browser · Browser and private-session data may be cleared. Local saving is not cloud backup. Closing before a save completes may lose edits.
Unsaved schedule· Finish the invalid fields to save. Your last saved version is unchanged.
Recovery contains private notes and raw input in plaintext. This repair file is not a normal backup; restore is a later feature.
JSON backup and restore
Backups include private notes in plaintext. Keep the downloaded files somewhere safe. A download click does not confirm that a file was saved.
The current valid draft replaces its saved version in this backup. Unapplied or invalid edits need the separate recovery file.
PDF and print
Name and notes are excluded by default. Every page includes a small MyShiftPlan watermark. Generate first, then download or share; generation does not confirm saving.

Before you use this template
How do I align the pattern with my roster?
Find one date whose shift you know and select its numbered position in the cycle. Inspect the following days and the next cycle boundary before saving. For weekly templates, positions also need to match weekdays.
Are the hours fixed by the pattern name?
No. The labels and nominal durations describe this template version. Confirm the actual local clock times and work timezone. Daylight-saving changes can change elapsed hours; ambiguous or missing local times require an explicit choice.
Can I change one date without changing the whole cycle?
Yes. Open a date in the planner and use a single-date override. Review grouped-duty and overlap warnings. Save a named schedule locally and keep a JSON backup before replacing it.
Is a PDF proof that my phone saved or imported the file?
No. Generation makes a PDF available to download, open or share. Check the resulting file yourself. It is a static snapshot and will not update another calendar automatically.
